Start with why
We always start with your ‘why’. What are you looking to achieve by making this change? We’ll establish your goals in order to create a meaningful, lasting change with our designs.
Initial concept design
Part science, part art. Using our space planning expertise, we’ll create a 2D architectural plan alongside an inspiring vision board. Including featured products, lighting, flooring and decorative ideas.
3D visual
Once you’re completely confident in your concept we create sections of your office in 3D renders to show you the finished space. We can even offer 3D walk-throughs.
Product specialization
From fabrics, furniture to fixtures and fittings. We’ll lay it all out, right down to the kitchen sink, ensuring transparency on costs. As we know budget is often front of mind.
Detailed Drawings
The final stage before our design team leaves you in the capable hands of our operations team. Detailed drawings are created covering dilapidations, build, elevations, electrical plans, setting out and decorating.
